Manufacturing Foundation

Xinxin Electric operates a manufacturing facility covering approximately 30,000 m2, equipped with dedicated machinery and testing systems for transformer production, assembly and inspection.

  • Manufacturing Process

    From coil winding, vacuum drying and resin casting to final assembly and factory testing, we have established a comprehensive transformer manufacturing and quality control system. This enables us to provide stable and reliable manufacturing support for transformers of different voltage ratings, capacities and application requirements.


    Our production equipment covers the key stages of transformer manufacturing, including:

    • Foil winding machines and horizontal winding machines  
    • Vacuum drying equipment  
    • Epoxy resin vacuum casting systems  
    • Dedicated transformer curing ovens  
    • Oil treatment and vacuum oil-filling systems  
    • Sheet metal fabrication, welding and assembly equipment
  • Quality Control

    Raw Material Inspection
    Incoming materials are inspected according to the applicable technical requirements. Inspection items may include material grade, dimensions, thickness, surface treatment, corrosion protection and dimensional accuracy.


    Assembly Inspection
    During assembly, we inspect structural integrity, enclosure protection, sealing performance, grounding continuity and the installation quality of key components.


    Installation and Wiring
    Installation and wiring are carried out in strict accordance with approved design drawings. Key inspection points include electrical clearances, creepage distances, terminal tightening torque and cable specifications.


    Production Records and Traceability
    Each transformer is assigned a unique serial number, enabling traceability of raw materials, manufacturing processes, inspection records and test results throughout the production cycle.

  • Transformer Testing

    We are equipped with professional transformer testing systems capable of performing the following inspections and tests:

    • Winding resistance test
    • Voltage ratio and vector group test
    • No-load loss and load loss measurement
    • Insulation resistance test
    • Separate-source AC withstand voltage test
    • Induced AC withstand voltage test
    • Partial discharge measurement
    • Insulating oil performance test
    • Sealing integrity and structural inspection
  • Factory Quality Guarantee

    Every transformer undergoes comprehensive inspection and testing before delivery. Depending on project requirements, we can provide routine test reports, type test reports, raw material certificates, product inspection records, and manufacturing and quality traceability documentation. 

    We ensure that all delivered products comply with the applicable standards and the customer’s approved technical specifications.
